Telling the time more precisely

Yesterday I have learned how to tell time, but it was just limited to 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock, etc. Today I have learned more precise ways to tell time using this video:

Generally speaking, it is quite easy to follow and similar to English, it's also easier than the German way of telling the time, but for the 'a quarter past' and 'a quarter to', I still need more time to practice using them.
